Key Responsibilities
- Learn and master the preparation of fresh ingredients, including slicing meats, cheeses, and vegetables to Subway's exact standards.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures meticulously to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Prepare sandwiches and salads according to customer specifications and Subway's recipes.
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout shifts.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests warmly and accurately taking orders.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Subway's brand standards.
