Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Eviction Clean-Out Crew Member in St Helens. This is a physically demanding role requiring individuals capable of heavy lifting and efficient work. You will be responsible for clearing out properties post-eviction, ensuring they are left clean, safe, and ready for subsequent use. This role offers daily pay for your hard work and provides an opportunity to contribute to essential property management services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently remove furniture, appliances, debris, and personal belongings from properties post-eviction.
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Sort and dispose of waste materials in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Operate basic hand tools and cleaning equipment as required.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to complete clean-outs within specified timelines.
  • Report any damage or hazardous conditions found within properties.
