Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Administrator. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing reports, presentations, and sales documents.
  • Process sales orders and ensure accuracy of data entry into our CRM system.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, product information, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
  • Coordinate sales meetings and appointments, managing calendars and logistics.
  • Support the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate sales representative when necessary.
  • Learn and adapt to new sales tools and technologies as required.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some previous administrative or customer service experience (e.g., part-time job, internship).
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus but not required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
