Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IV Hydration Nurse to join our team at Restore Hyper Wellness in St. George, Utah. As an IV Hydration Nurse, you will be responsible for administering intravenous therapies, ensuring client safety and comfort, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Perform client consultations and assessments to determine appropriate IV hydration and vitamin therapy protocols.
- Administer intravenous hydration and vitamin infusions safely and effectively, adhering to all clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Monitor clients during and after treatments, identifying and responding to any adverse reactions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and consent forms.
- Educate clients on the benefits of various therapies and product offerings, promoting a holistic approach to wellness.
- Ensure a clean, sterile, and organized treatment environment, adhering to strict infection control standards.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to provide seamless client experiences and contribute to a positive clinic atmosphere.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in IV therapy and wellness.
- Actively engage with clients to build rapport, encourage repeat visits, and contribute to sales goals through education and recommendations.
Required Skills
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Utah.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IV insertion and venipuncture.
- Proficient in administering intravenous therapies and monitoring client reactions.
- Strong understanding of aseptic technique and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and client confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Experience in a med spa, wellness clinic, or urgent care setting.
- Familiarity with nutrition, vitamin therapies, and holistic wellness practices.
- Sales or customer engagement experience with a focus on product or service recommendations.
