Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician Trainee to join our dynamic team in Provo, Utah. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals eager to start a career in healthcare, specifically within a high-speed retail pharmacy setting. As a Trainee, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist and certified pharmacy technicians, learning the foundational aspects of pharmacy operations, customer service, and medication dispensing. Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists and certified technicians with the preparation and dispensing of prescription medications.

- Process patient information and insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering phones and assisting patients with their inquiries and purchases.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Stock shelves, manage inventory, and assist with ordering supplies.
- Participate in training programs and complete all required certifications as directed.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
- Support pharmacy operations in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
