Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Remote Community Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for moderating our busy online forums, ensuring adherence to community guidelines, and supporting a healthy and respectful dialogue among our users. Key Responsibilities
- Actively monitor and moderate user-generated content across Mumsnet forums to ensure compliance with community guidelines and terms of service.
- Address and resolve user conflicts, disputes, and policy violations in a fair and timely manner.
- Identify and escalate complex issues, technical problems, or serious policy breaches to senior management.
- Provide friendly and helpful support to community members, answering queries and guiding them on forum etiquette.
- Proactively engage with the community to encourage positive interactions and participation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of moderation processes and community guidelines.
- Maintain a detailed record of moderation activities and user interactions.
Required Skills
