Job Description
Join the esteemed team at our luxurious residential complex in Falmouth as a Residential Porter. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and pristine appearance of our property, providing unparalleled service to our discerning residents. We seek a reliable, proactive, and friendly individual committed to maintaining a high standard of living for our community. This position offers stable hours in a supportive environment, focusing on resident satisfaction and meticulous property upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact for all residents and visitors.
- Manage deliveries, mail, and packages, ensuring secure storage and timely distribution.
- Conduct regular patrols of the complex, reporting any maintenance issues, security concerns, or cleaning requirements.
- Assist residents with various requests, including luggage handling, minor repairs, and information provision.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of communal areas, including lobbies, hallways, and exterior entrances.
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems to ensure the security of the premises.
- Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Enforce building rules and regulations in a polite and professional manner.
- Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies, following established protocols.
