Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly accurate Online Word Processor with a strong typing focus to support the creation and refinement of educational content specifically designed for 14-year-old teens. This remote position requires exceptional typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently to ensure our materials are clear, engaging, and error-free for our young learners. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately type, transcribe, and enter various forms of textual data into digital documents.
- Format and structure educational materials, online lessons, and assignment templates to be user-friendly and appealing for a 14-year-old audience.
- Proofread and edit documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and consistency, ensuring the content is appropriate and engaging for teen learners.
- Organize and maintain digital files and databases, adhering to company standards and protocols.
- Collaborate asynchronously with content creators, educators, and other team members to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure confidentiality and data security for all processed materials.
Required Skills
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 60 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and other standard word processing software.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
