Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and articulate Remote UX/UI Tester to join our distributed team. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about user experience and eager to provide candid, actionable feedback on our cutting-edge software products. Your primary role will involve interacting with our applications, meticulously recording your screen, and documenting your user journey, observations, and suggestions. No prior professional testing experience is required; we value your fresh perspective and ability to articulate your thoughts clearly. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the chance to contribute to products used by millions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with pre-release software and prototypes across various platforms (web, desktop, mobile).
- Record your screen and audio while performing specific test scenarios and free-form exploration.
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback on user interface elements, usability, functionality, and overall user experience.
- Identify and document bugs, glitches, and areas for improvement with clear descriptions and steps to reproduce.
- Participate in remote debriefing sessions with product and design teams to discuss findings.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure the highest quality user experience.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all product information and testing activities.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and observational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to articulate thoughts and experiences clearly and concisely.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with various software applications.
