Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and process payments efficiently using the POS system.
- Prepare food items according to Taco Bell's recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area, kitchen, and service counter.
- Handle food safely, adhering to all health and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to keep the store running smoothly.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and politely.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-food or customer service role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current Food Handler's Permit (or ability to obtain one upon hire).
