Job Description
Join FedEx as a Remote UPS Media Analyst with a strong focus on Content Strategy. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for analyzing the performance of our media campaigns and content across various digital platforms, providing actionable insights to optimize our content strategy and achieve marketing objectives. You will delve into data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance engagement, reach, and conversion rates. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of media campaign performance across digital channels (social media, search, display, video, email).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on content effectiveness and ROI.
- Identify content trends, audience insights, and competitive strategies to inform and refine our content calendar.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketing managers, and design teams to ensure data-driven content development.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, social media insights platforms) to gather and interpret data.
- Develop A/B testing strategies for various content formats and distribution channels.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital media, content marketing, and analytics technologies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in media analysis, content strategy, or digital marketing analytics.
