Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the upload, update, and maintenance of product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to update stock availability on Shopify.
- Respond to basic customer inquiries via email or chat, providing excellent service and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Perform routine checks of the Shopify store to identify and report any technical glitches or display errors.
- Support the fulfillment team by generating order reports and assisting with basic order processing tasks.
- Organize and categorize digital assets (photos, videos) for product pages.
- Stay informed about new Shopify features and e-commerce best practices.
