Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Pinterest Strategist to join our dynamic digital agency team in Houston. This role focuses on leveraging the unique power of Pinterest to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Pinterest’s platform, best practices, and analytics, with a proven ability to develop and execute effective content strategies. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content strategies, managing client Pinterest accounts, analyzing performance data, and staying ahead of platform trends to ensure our clients maintain a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Pinterest marketing strategies aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to optimize content for discoverability.
- Create and curate visually appealing Pins, Idea Pins, and video content, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Manage Pinterest advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze Pinterest performance data using platform analytics and third-party tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest features, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and account management teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on Pinterest strategy and content optimization.
- Monitor Pinterest trends and audience behavior to identify new opportunities for client growth.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience specifically managing Pinterest for business or agency clients.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful Pinterest content and advertising strategies.
- Strong understanding of Pinterest analytics and reporting.
- Excellent visual curation skills and an eye for compelling aesthetics.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
