Key Responsibilities

- Navigate Amazon's internal tools and resources efficiently to find appropriate answers and support for customers.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately within our CRM system.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism, patience, and politeness in all customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data privacy and security.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
