Job Description
Join the McDonald’s team in South Bend as a Fast Food Crew Member! Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders
- Prepare food items according to McDonald's standards and food safety guidelines
- Operate cash register and handle transactions with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with stocking and inventory tasks as needed
Required Skills
- Must be 14 years of age at the time of application
- Ability to obtain a valid work permit (we will provide support)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
