Job Description

Microsoft is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Calendar & Scheduling Coordinator to manage complex calendars and facilitate seamless scheduling for various teams and executives. This 100% remote role is crucial for ensuring efficient time management, meeting preparation, and smooth operational flow across our distributed workforce. You will be instrumental in optimizing daily schedules, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and utilizing advanced scheduling tools to keep our global teams connected and productive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain multiple complex calendars with precision, proactively resolving conflicts and prioritizing appointments.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements (when necessary) for executives and team members.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, compile necessary documents, and ensure participants have all required information.
  • Act as a central point of contact for all scheduling inquiries, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams) and other scheduling software efficiently.
  • Anticipate scheduling needs and adjust priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all communications.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in complex calendar management and scheduling.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other calendar/scheduling platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience supporting multiple executives or large teams.
  • Familiarity with various time zones and international scheduling.
  • Experience with virtual collaboration tools beyond Microsoft Suite (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
