Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Data Entry Specialist. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position focused on accurately copying and entering MLS (Multiple Listing Service) data. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our property databases, ensuring all listing information is current, correct, and accessible to our real estate agents and clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately copy and input real estate listing data from various sources into our internal databases and MLS systems.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of existing property listings.
  • Monitor MLS updates and ensure timely entry of new listings, changes, and deletions.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records related to property data.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding data discrepancies or clarification needs.
  • Adhere to strict data entry guidelines and quality standards.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support real estate operations.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with data entry, demonstrating high accuracy and speed.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry.
