Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests with a genuine smile and positive attitude.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and dining area.
- Assist guests with questions regarding menu items, promotions, and dietary needs.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment.
- Uphold Chick-fil-A's high standards for food safety and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
