Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented WFH Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, ensuring efficient operation and seamless communication. You will be instrumental in managing schedules, coordinating projects, preparing documents, and handling general administrative tasks with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring quick retrieval of information.
- Coordinate virtual meetings and conferences, including sending invitations, managing RSVPs, and setting up technology.
- Process expense reports and handle basic invoicing or procurement tasks.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Support team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Experience with virtual communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in a remote administrative role
- Familiarity with project management software
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or departments
