Job Description
Are you passionate about food and customer service? Greggs in Newcastle upon Tyne is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Quick Service Crew members to join our busy team. We’re hiring for all shifts, offering great flexibility and a fantastic working environment. Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently, providing excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Prepare food and beverages to Greggs' high standards, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the shop floor, food preparation areas, and restrooms.
- Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and merchandising to ensure an attractive display.
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve daily targets.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
