Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist for AI with a focus on invoicing and administrative tasks. This is a 100% remote position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data used to train and support our AI systems. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update financial data, including invoices, receipts, and payment information into various systems.
- Organize, classify, and maintain digital records and files in compliance with company standards and data privacy regulations.

- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as generating reports, managing schedules, and responding to data-related inquiries.
