Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Professional Life Lead to join our dynamic, fully remote team. This high-authority position is critical for shaping the professional journeys of our talent, fostering a culture of excellence, growth, and well-being. The Professional Life Lead will be instrumental in designing and implementing strategies that empower our professionals to achieve their full potential, navigate career paths, and maintain a healthy work-life integration within a fast-paced, innovative environment. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of career development, mentorship, and organizational psychology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive professional development programs, mentorship initiatives, and career progression frameworks tailored to remote professionals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and coach to high-potential talent, guiding them through complex career decisions and development opportunities.
  • Design and implement strategies for fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing remote work culture.
  • Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and business leaders to align professional growth initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Identify and address challenges related to remote professional well-being, engagement, and productivity, proposing innovative solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of professional development specialists, ensuring high-quality support and guidance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of professional life initiatives, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Advocate for employee needs and champion best practices in remote professional development and support.
  • Drive thought leadership in the area of professional life management in a remote-first organization.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Leadership Coaching roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing impactful professional development programs, especially in remote or hybrid environments.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities with a focus on empowering individuals.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, career pathing, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives in a fast-paced, global, remote setting.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology for remote collaboration and program delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a large, global professional services or consulting firm.
  • Certification in coaching (e.g., ICF, EMCC).
  • Familiarity with contemporary HR tech platforms and learning management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with change management initiatives related to talent development.
