Job Description

Join Frito-Lay as a Production Warehouse Worker and become an integral part of our manufacturing support team in Plano, TX. In this vital role, you will contribute to the efficient flow of our production line, ensuring materials are managed effectively and finished products are prepared for shipment. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Load and unload materials and products from trucks, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
  • Receive, store, and organize inventory according to company procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare finished products for shipment, verifying order accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards.
  • Adhere to all Frito-Lay quality standards and operational procedures.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and orders.
  • Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.
  • Commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience operating a forklift or other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
