Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Principal Research Scientist to join our advanced strategic research team. This pivotal role involves leading the conceptualization, design, and execution of high-level research initiatives that will shape the future direction of Honeywell Aerospace’s technological and strategic endeavors. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies and scientific advancements relevant to Honeywell Aerospace's strategic objectives.
  • Synthesize complex research data and findings into clear, concise, and compelling strategic insights for executive leadership.
  • Mentor junior scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, rigorous inquiry, and continuous learning.
  • Represent Honeywell Aerospace at scientific conferences, industry forums, and engage with external research partners.
  • Drive the development of intellectual property through patent applications and technical publications.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in advanced research methodologies and experimental design.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate high-level strategic visions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and simulation tools.
