Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Principal Research Scientist to join our advanced strategic research team. This pivotal role involves leading the conceptualization, design, and execution of high-level research initiatives that will shape the future direction of Honeywell Aerospace’s technological and strategic endeavors. Key Responsibilities

- Mentor junior scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, rigorous inquiry, and continuous learning.
- Represent Honeywell Aerospace at scientific conferences, industry forums, and engage with external research partners.
- Drive the development of intellectual property through patent applications and technical publications.
