Job Description
Accenture is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Pinterest User Experience Aide to join our dynamic team in New Port Richey, FL. In this crucial on-site role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality and usability of digital interfaces specifically related to Pinterest-based projects for our clients. You will conduct thorough interface testing, meticulously document findings, and collaborate effectively with our UX/UI and development teams to identify and resolve issues. Your contribution will directly impact the creation of seamless, engaging, and intuitive user experiences for our clients’ Pinterest campaigns and applications. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional eager to gain hands-on experience in user experience, quality assurance, and digital consulting within a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive interface tests on Pinterest-related digital products and features according to defined test plans and methodologies.
- Document defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues with clear, concise, and actionable reports, including steps to reproduce and expected outcomes.
- Provide constructive feedback and practical suggestions for user interface improvements and enhanced usability.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and project managers to understand project requirements, user stories, and validate implemented solutions.
- Assist in the creation, maintenance, and refinement of detailed test cases, user journey flows, and scenarios.
- Participate actively in user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions, gathering and synthesizing feedback from stakeholders.
- Stay informed about Pinterest platform updates, best practices, and emerging user experience and interface design trends.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in testing and quality assurance processes, suggesting new tools or approaches.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills for identifying subtle interface inconsistencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to convey technical information clearly to non-technical team members.
- Basic understanding of fundamental user experience (UX) principles and interface design concepts.
- Demonstrated familiarity with and regular use of the Pinterest platform as an active user.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative member of a fast-paced team.
- Proficiency with standard office productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite).
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or current enrollment in a program related to Design, Information Technology, Communications, or a similar field.
- Prior experience with any form of software testing, quality assurance, or user research, including academic projects or internships.
- Familiarity with bug tracking or project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or other web technologies is considered a plus.
