Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and service-oriented Luxury Spa Concierge to join our esteemed team. This pivotal role involves being the first point of contact for guests visiting our exclusive spa, ensuring an exceptional and seamless experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for wellness, impeccable communication skills, and a genuine desire to deliver personalized, five-star service in a high-end hotel environment. You will manage appointments, assist guests with spa inquiries, promote services, and maintain the serene ambiance of our spa.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all spa guests, provide tours of the facilities, and explain available services.
- Efficiently manage spa appointments, bookings, and cancellations using reservation software.
- Address guest inquiries, provide detailed information about spa treatments, products, and membership options.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their spa experience.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions with discretion.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil reception area and lounge.
- Coordinate with therapists and estheticians to ensure smooth scheduling and timely service delivery.
- Promote and upsell spa products and services, meeting sales targets as appropriate.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Assist in inventory management for retail products and spa supplies.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, spa, or high-end customer service environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in spa booking software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Demonstrated ability to provide five-star service with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
