Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and observant Digital Brand Evaluator to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will analyze and assess various digital brand presences, advertising campaigns, and social media content for accuracy, relevance, and brand safety. This 100% remote position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to provide consistent, objective feedback on a wide range of digital media. You will play a vital part in helping our clients understand their brand perception and the effectiveness of their digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate digital content, including social media posts, advertisements, and web pages, against established guidelines and criteria.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies in brand messaging and campaign execution.
  • Provide detailed, objective, and constructive feedback on content quality, brand representation, and user experience.
  • Monitor social media trends and advertising practices to inform evaluation processes.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent application of evaluation standards.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Contribute to improving evaluation guidelines and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in navigating various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising formats and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Comfortable working with diverse content and sensitive topics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in content moderation, quality assurance, market research, or digital marketing.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
