Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and “high-energy” Media Planner to join our remote team. This role is crucial for developing, executing, and optimizing effective media strategies across various digital and traditional channels for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of the advertising landscape, a data-driven approach, and a passion for creating impactful campaigns. You will be instrumental in translating client objectives into innovative media plans that drive measurable results. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive media strategies and plans aligned with client goals and budget.
  • Conduct thorough market research, audience analysis, and competitive reviews to inform planning.
  • Negotiate and purchase media placements across various channels (digital, social, programmatic, broadcast, print, OOH).
  • Manage media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and performance tracking.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights for optimization.
  • Prepare detailed media reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal creative, account management, and analytics teams.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and partners.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in media planning or media buying.
  • Proficiency with media planning software and tools (e.g., Nielsen, comScore, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with a creative problem-solving approach.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
