Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Pharmacy Packing Associate to join our distribution center team in Fremont, CA. This role involves light manual work related to the accurate packing and preparation of pharmaceutical products for shipment. You will be responsible for ensuring products are securely packed according to established procedures, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to a smooth operational flow. This is a full-time position offering weekly pay, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for consistent work in a stable environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pack pharmaceutical products into designated containers, ensuring proper protection and labeling.
  • Verify product counts, lot numbers, and expiration dates against order documentation.
  • Operate basic packing equipment and tools as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all company and regulatory standards.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving and stocking products, as required.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines, quality control standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production and shipment goals.
  • Perform other light manual duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Required Skills

  • Ability to perform light manual labor, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to read and understand English instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Basic computer literacy to operate scanning and labeling systems.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, packing, or distribution environment.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical products or healthcare logistics.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., GMP, FDA).
