Job Description
As a Part-Time Banking Concierge at Truist Bank, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our valued clients. - Assist clients with basic inquiries, such as navigating the lobby, locating specific services, or understanding branch procedures.

- Manage client flow efficiently, minimizing wait times and ensuring a smooth client experience.
- Observe and engage with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant initial support.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Support marketing initiatives by distributing relevant brochures or promotional materials as directed.
