Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, managing a multi-line phone system
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain the reception area and common office spaces, ensuring cleanliness and organization
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels
  • Support various departments with clerical duties and special projects
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security
