Target Corporation is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Summer Break Mystery Shoppers for a 3-month seasonal contract. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in evaluating the quality of our services, store environment, and product presentation by conducting incognito visits to various Target locations within the New Port Richey area. Your insightful feedback will directly contribute to enhancing our guest experience and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct covert visits to assigned Target retail locations, acting as a regular customer.
- Observe and evaluate specific aspects of the store environment, including cleanliness, merchandise display, staff availability, and customer service interactions.
- Purchase designated items and follow specific scenarios to test service protocols.
- Accurately document observations and experiences using provided forms and online reporting tools.
- Provide detailed, objective, and constructive feedback within strict deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments, findings, and company information.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions for each mystery shopping assignment.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
