Job Description

This is a fantastic remote opportunity for a graduate to learn and grow within a leading global agency, focusing specifically on Google’s search algorithms and best practices. You’ll work on exciting client projects, contribute to impactful SEO strategies, and gain hands-on experience that will propel your career forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of SEO strategies focused on Google algorithms.
- Conduct keyword research to identify valuable search terms and opportunities.
- Perform on-page SEO optimizations including meta data, content structure, and internal linking.
- Support technical SEO audits and implement recommended changes.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other industry-standard platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google algorithm updates, search trends, and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with content, paid media, and web development teams to ensure integrated digital strategies.
- Assist in competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for clients.
Required Skills
- Recent graduate (BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field preferred).
- Demonstrable understanding of Google search principles and how search engines work.
- Basic knowledge of SEO concepts (keyword research, on-page optimization).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Completed a relevant internship or project demonstrating SEO interest.
