Job Description

Willow Stream Spa at Fairmont Banff Springs is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Nail Salon Junior / Assistant to join our esteemed team. This is an incredible opportunity for an individual with little to no prior experience to learn the trade from experienced professionals, master various nail techniques, and contribute to a world-class spa environment. You will support our senior nail technicians, assist guests, and ensure the salon maintains its high standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior nail technicians with client preparation and setup.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of salon tools, workstations, and common areas.
- Greet clients warmly, prepare beverages, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
- Organize and restock products, supplies, and towels.
- Support inventory management and notify technicians of low stock items.
- Learn and practice basic nail care techniques under supervision.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring a pleasant spa experience.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client records as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and spa protocols.
- Actively participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities.
