Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Mobile Nail Support professional to join our expanding team. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive exceptional nail care services directly at their chosen locations. You will be responsible for traveling to client sites, setting up equipment, performing high-quality nail treatments, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty industry, possesses strong technical skills, and is comfortable driving and working independently. Key Responsibilities
- Travel to various client locations across Sainte-Foy and the greater Quebec City area to provide mobile nail services.
- Set up and dismantle portable nail stations efficiently and professionally.
- Perform a range of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, and nail art, adhering to Strøm Spa Nordique's high standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to sanitation and sterilization protocols for all tools and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Manage scheduling and appointments effectively, communicating clearly with clients.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and products, notifying management of reorder needs.
- Drive safely and responsibly, maintaining the company vehicle (if provided) or personal vehicle as per company policy.
- Accurately record services provided and process payments as required.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Access to a reliable vehicle for transportation to client locations.
- Proven experience in providing professional nail care services (manicures, pedicures, gel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high hygiene standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or certification from a recognized cosmetology or esthetics program.
- Previous experience in a mobile beauty service role.
- Knowledge of current nail trends and techniques.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset.
