Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shopify Specialist with a strong focus on Amazon Marketplace Integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Shopify e-commerce platform, with a particular emphasis on integrating and synchronizing product listings, inventory, and orders with our Amazon Seller Central accounts. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, e-commerce strategy, and a commitment to driving online sales and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our Shopify store, including product listings, collections, themes, and apps.
- Implement and optimize integration strategies between Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
- Ensure accurate and real-time synchronization of product data, inventory levels, and order information across both platforms.
- Monitor Amazon listings for accuracy, compliance, and performance, making necessary adjustments to improve visibility and sales.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues, data discrepancies, or technical problems related to Shopify and Amazon.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute e-commerce strategies for marketplace growth.
- Analyze performance data from both Shopify and Amazon to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify features, Amazon policies, and e-commerce best practices.
- Assist with inventory management and fulfillment processes related to marketplace sales.
- Provide support for ad-hoc e-commerce projects as needed.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores.
- Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central, including FBA and FBM.
- Strong understanding of marketplace integration tools and APIs.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for e-commerce performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Experience with other marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Walmart) is a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (IMS).
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for Shopify theme customization.
- Google Analytics and other web analytics tools experience.
