Job Description
Join Safelite AutoGlass as a Mobile Glass Degreaser, specializing in enhancing road vision for our customers. This unique role focuses on the meticulous cleaning and degreasing of vehicle glass to remove stubborn contaminants, ensuring crystal-clear visibility and optimal driving safety. You will be a vital part of our team, providing a specialized service that complements our core glass repair and replacement offerings, directly contributing to our mission of making a difference with real care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and precise degreasing and cleaning of vehicle glass (windshields, side windows, rear windows) using specialized tools and chemical solutions.
- Identify and remove all types of contaminants including road film, oil, grime, and other residues that impair visibility.
- Inspect glass surfaces post-cleaning to ensure streak-free, crystal-clear results that meet Safelite's high-quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines when handling chemicals and operating equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including company vehicles and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining the cleaning process and benefits to clients.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated schedules.
- Document services performed and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills
