Job Description
Accenture is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Microsoft Professional to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a high-demand, 100% remote position based in the USA, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the country. As a Microsoft Professional, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing cutting-edge Microsoft solutions for our diverse client base. You will leverage your expertise across various Microsoft platforms, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform, to drive digital transformation and solve complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Microsoft-centric solutions (Azure, M365, Dynamics, Power Platform) tailored to client requirements.
- Implement, configure, and deploy Microsoft technologies, ensuring best practices and security standards.
- Provide expert consultation and guidance to clients on Microsoft product capabilities and roadmaps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft environments.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
- Stay current with the latest Microsoft technologies, certifications, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience working with Microsoft technologies.
- Proven expertise in at least two of the following: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, or Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote, distributed team.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Developer Associate, M365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise deployments and migrations to Microsoft cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Consulting experience with external clients.
- Additional advanced Microsoft certifications.
