Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Career Development Aide with an HR Tech focus to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of our career development programs and platforms. You will work closely with the HR and L&D teams to leverage technology solutions that enhance employee growth, skill development, and career pathing within Teleperformance. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and optimization of HR technology platforms related to career development, learning management systems (LMS), and talent management.
- Support the creation and maintenance of career pathing frameworks, skill matrices, and development resources for various roles within the organization.
- Gather and analyze data on employee development activities, program effectiveness, and career progression using HR tech tools.
- Help develop engaging communication materials and training modules to promote career development opportunities and best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees regarding career development tools and resources.
- Collaborate with L&D specialists to identify and integrate new learning content and technologies into career development programs.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance within HR systems relevant to career development initiatives.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in HR technology and career development.
- Support ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as required.
Required Skills
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) or Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Basic understanding of career development principles or talent management
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with specific HR tech platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone OnDemand)
- Prior experience in an administrative or support role within an HR or L&D department
- Basic data visualization or reporting skills
