Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Virtual Office Partner to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our small business clients. This 100% remote role involves being the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small businesses, helping them manage their day-to-day virtual office needs, streamline operations, and enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational and communication skills, committed to delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated virtual office partner for a portfolio of small business clients.

  • Perform data entry, record keeping, and information management.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, invoicing, and expense tracking.
