Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist florists with the preparation and arrangement of fresh flowers and plants.
- Ensure timely and careful delivery of floral arrangements to customers across Philadelphia.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral department, including processing new flower shipments.
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service, answering questions and assisting with selections.
- Water, prune, and care for plants and flowers to ensure their freshness and longevity.
- Assist with inventory management, pricing, and display setup.
- Operate company vehicles safely for deliveries.
Required Skills
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights (e.g., flower buckets, plant pots).
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
