Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy evaluating customer service experiences? Market Force Information is seeking independent Secret Shopping Contractors to join our network. This 1099 contract position offers ultimate flexibility, allowing you to choose assignments that fit your schedule and earn supplemental income. You will be responsible for discreetly visiting various businesses, observing their operations, interacting with staff, and providing objective feedback through online reports. Key Responsibilities
- Accept and complete mystery shopping assignments according to detailed instructions and deadlines.
- Discreetly evaluate customer service, product quality, store cleanliness, and overall experience.
- Interact with employees as a typical customer, adhering to specific scenarios when provided.
- Accurately record observations and complete detailed online reports, including specific questions and narrative descriptions.
- Submit reports and any required documentation (e.g., receipts, photos) within the designated timeframe.
