Job Description
Are you passionate about wellness and eager to start a rewarding career in massage therapy? Massage Envy Gilbert is seeking an enthusiastic Massage Therapist Trainee to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with little to no prior experience to gain comprehensive, hands-on training in Sports and Swedish massage techniques, while also receiving competitive benefits. Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and complete all assigned training modules and practical sessions covering Sports and Swedish massage techniques.
- Learn and demonstrate proper massage techniques, client intake procedures, and post-session recommendations.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines, including client confidentiality and professional conduct.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and therapeutic treatment room and common areas.
- Assist licensed massage therapists with room preparation and general clinic duties as required.
- Develop and apply excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Prepare for and pass any required examinations to achieve massage therapy licensure.
- Commit to ongoing learning and professional development within the massage therapy field.
