Job Description
Are you passionate about making homes sparkle and bringing joy to clients through a clean living space? Molly Maid of Norfolk, VA is seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-time Maid / Domestic Maid to join our team in the beautiful Ghent suburb. This role involves performing high-quality residential cleaning services, ensuring customer satisfaction with every visit. If you have an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and enjoy working independently as well as part of a team, we encourage you to apply. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train enthusiastic individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming private residences.
- Clean bathrooms, including sanitizing toilets, showers, and sinks, and replenishing supplies.
- Clean kitchens, including wiping down counters, appliances, and sinks.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed to the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Manage time effectively to complete all scheduled cleanings within allotted timeframes.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service requests or feedback.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for cleaning (lifting, bending, kneeling, standing for long periods).
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of cleaning products and techniques (training provided).
Preferred Qualifications
