Job Description
Tiffany & Co. is seeking a sophisticated and welcoming Luxury Retail Greeter & Host to join our team in Penrith. This unique role is focused entirely on elevating the customer experience from the moment they step into our boutique. You will be the first point of contact, setting the tone for their visit with your warm demeanor and impeccable presentation. This position carries no sales targets; your success will be measured by your ability to create a memorable and positive atmosphere, ensuring every guest feels valued and attended to. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome all clients and visitors to the boutique with a friendly and professional greeting.
- Efficiently manage client flow, ensuring smooth transitions to sales associates or specific departments.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Tiffany & Co.'s values of excellence and luxury.
- Maintain an immaculate and inviting reception area and overall boutique appearance.
- Proactively anticipate client needs, offering refreshments or comfortable waiting arrangements.
- Assist with directing client inquiries and providing general information about the store and brand.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to ensure a cohesive and premium client experience.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain a deep understanding of store layout, services, and current promotions to assist clients effectively.
