Job Description

We are committed to investing in our future talent and will fully cover the cost of your Passenger Carrying Vehicle (PCV) license training, equipping you with all the skills and certifications needed to become a professional bus driver. Key Responsibilities
- Successfully complete all required training modules for the PCV license, including classroom instruction and practical driving exercises.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations while operating transit vehicles during training and beyond.
- Learn and demonstrate safe driving techniques, defensive driving, and passenger assistance protocols.
- Develop strong customer service skills to interact courteously and professionally with all passengers.
- Maintain a clean driving record and pass all necessary assessments and examinations.
- Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or incidents promptly and accurately.
- Familiarize yourself with designated routes, schedules, and fare collection procedures.
Required Skills
- Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and excellent attendance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous customer service experience in any field.
