Job Description
Seeking passionate and empathetic individuals to join our network as Weekend Mindset Consultants. This is a unique side gig opportunity for those looking to make a meaningful impact on others’ lives by guiding them towards greater clarity and well-being. As a consultant, you will provide personalized mindset coaching sessions, helping individuals develop resilient mental frameworks, overcome challenges, and achieve personal growth goals. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexible hours on weekends with direct weekly deposits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with assigned clients on weekends.
- Guide clients through structured mindset exercises and reflective practices.
- Provide empathetic support and actionable strategies for personal development.
- Track client progress and adapt coaching techniques as needed.
- Maintain detailed and confidential client records.
- Participate in occasional virtual team meetings for ongoing development and support.
Required Skills
- Excellent active listening and communication skills.
- Strong empathy and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated understanding of mindset principles, positive psychology, or cognitive behavioral techniques.
- Ability to inspire and motivate individuals.

- Previous experience in mentorship, training, or peer support roles.
