Job Description

We are seeking a highly meticulous and self-motivated WFH Data Verification Agent to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of various data sets that underpin our core operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong attention to detail and wish to contribute to a dynamic financial services environment from the comfort of their home office. You will play a key part in maintaining high data quality standards, directly impacting our decision-making and customer service excellence. This is a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and validate data across multiple systems and platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies or errors in data entries following established guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on data processed by automated systems or other team members.
  • Maintain detailed records of verified data and any issues encountered.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex data anomalies.
  • Adhere strictly to data protection regulations and company privacy policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on data verification progress and quality metrics.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to data verification processes and tools.

Required Skills
