Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Oilfield Dispatcher to join our dynamic team in New Port Richey. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and log dispatch requests from various oilfield sites and clients.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, field personnel, and clients regarding schedules, routes, and potential delays.
- Monitor the location and status of equipment and personnel using tracking systems.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including pickup and delivery times.
- Assist in optimizing routes and schedules to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Address and resolve immediate operational issues and escalate complex problems to senior dispatchers.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare daily reports on dispatch activities and equipment utilization.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
