Job Description

Cisco Systems is looking for a Junior Google Analyst with a strong focus on Business Intelligence to join our dynamic team in Fremont, CA. As a Junior Google Analyst, you will be instrumental in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from Google platforms and other sources to uncover insights that drive business growth. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to provide actionable recommendations, optimize campaigns, and enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, processing, and analysis of data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant data sources.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Support senior analysts in identifying actionable insights and developing recommendations to optimize digital strategies.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and explore data patterns.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various reporting tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven support.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Google Analytics and business intelligence.
Required Skills
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and Google Tag Manager.
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with SQL for data querying.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and optimization principles.
- Prior internship or project experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
